Refund policy

At Veya Tea, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in offering premium tea products and strive to ensure every order arrives accurately and in excellent condition. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order, as all purchases made through VeyaTea.com are subject to the terms outlined below.

Due to the consumable nature of our products and for health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, all sales are considered final unless a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. By completing a purchase through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.

To be eligible for a return, customers must contact our support team within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. Any approved return must be authorized by Veya Tea prior to shipment. Returned products must be unopened, unused, sealed in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received. Products returned without authorization may be refused and returned to the sender at the customer's expense.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and processed within fourteen (14) business days.

Because our products are food and beverage items intended for consumption, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been opened, used, partially consumed, tampered with, repackaged, or otherwise altered after delivery. We are unable to issue refunds based on personal taste preferences, individual expectations, perceived effectiveness, dissatisfaction with flavor, changes in purchasing decisions, or a customer's personal experience with the product.

Refund requests submitted after a product has been consumed, partially consumed, or substantially used may be denied at our sole discretion. Customers may not purchase a product, consume all or part of the product, and subsequently request a refund due to dissatisfaction with personal results, expectations, or preferences. By placing an order, customers acknowledge that individual experiences may vary and that no specific outcome is guaranteed.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage. Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of the claim. Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement shipment, store credit, or refund, as determined solely by Veya Tea.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses unless the return is the direct result of an error made by Veya Tea. Original shipping charges, handling fees, customs fees, duties, taxes, and other non-product charges are non-refundable.

Veya Tea reserves the right to investigate all refund, replacement, and chargeback requests. We may request additional information, photographs, proof of delivery, proof of damage, or other supporting documentation before making a determination. Fraudulent claims, excessive refund requests, chargeback abuse, disputed deliveries confirmed by carrier tracking, or attempts to obtain free products through deceptive means may result in denial of future orders, refusal of refunds, and reporting to the appropriate payment processor.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on VeyaTea.com.
